Tzero sample Pans Feature:
1.Tzero sample Pans are available up to 1200℃
2. High thermal conductivity---heat transfer between sample and crucible is very fast, so the temperature difference between them is very small and temperature distribution is homogeneous.
3. Stable structure--- high-purity powder and precise controlled sintering process, to make a dense and homogeneous micro-crystal phase, so as to ensure stable structure and no physical or chemical reaction during the process of usage.
4.High-temperature stability--- with wide working temperature range, available up -180°C to 600°C Temperature.
5.High repeated utilization ratio--- wash by water or 10% hydrochloric acid and dry the crucible after using it, it can be used again and without disturbance to the analysis test.
6.Aluminum pans designed for maximum performance in crimp or hermetic sealing of various sample sizes. The pans have extremely flat bottoms designed for maximum contact with the Tzero cell sensors. They can be used in the crimp seal mode with the Tzero Lids (P/N: 901671.901), where the internal volume is 20 µL, or in the hermetic seal mode with the Tzero Hermetic Lids (P/N: 901684.901), where the internal volume is 40 µL. This sample encapsulation process requires the Tzero Sample Press Kit (P/N: 901600.901).
To ensure heat transfer efficiency between sample and sensor, please select a quality sample pan/crucible with a suitable temperature range to conduct an experiment, so as to get the most accurat effect.
